  1. Place peaches in a large mixing bowl. Add 3/4 cup sugar, egg, sour cream, 2 tbsp flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Pour peach mixture into 9" pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, blend sugar, butter, flour, and cinnamon until crumbs are the size of small peas.
  4. Sprinkle topping evenly over pie. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
