  1. Mix wafer crumbs and butter. Press on to bottom and up sides of a 9" pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix with a wire whisk until completely dissolved.
  3. Add ice cubes. Stir until gelatin is completely thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
  4. Add Cool Whip and stir until well blended.
  5. Gently stir in peaches.
  6. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until gelatin mixture is thick enough to mound. Spoon gelation mixture into crust.
  7. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

For best results, do not substitute cold water for ice cubes. The ice cubes speed the thickening and provide a better end result!
