This is definitely a favorite around the farm stand. This bread is simply delectable on its own, or you can choose to sweeten it even more by adding a lemon syrup or a lemon glaze over top. As always, we recommend using more fruit (and more lemon zest) than the recipe calls for. Happy baking!

Lemon Syrup
Lemon Glaze

Instructions
  1. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9x5" loaf pan. Dust with flour.
  2. Combine flour and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, vanilla, and vegetable oil.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture. Then fold in blueberries.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Let cool.
Lemon Syrup
  1. Combine lemon juice and sugar. Heat in a saucepan and cook for 3 minutes. With a toothpick, poke holes in sides and top of loaf. Brush on syrup.
Lemon Glaze
  1. Whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour over top of loaf.
