  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the fruit.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping and pecans. Pour into crusts.
  3. Cover and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer minutes before serving. Enjoy!

What You Need:
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
What You Do:
Combine crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly in a 9" pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for about 6 minutes. Cool completely before using.
