Don't let delicious fresh corn go to waste! Whether you bought too much for dinner, or you want to save some for the winter months, freezing corn is a great way to preserve the flavors of fresh, seasonal corn.
Instructions
  1. Husk corn.
  2. Place in pot and cover with cold water. Crank up the heat.
  3. Remove the corn when the water starts to boil. Remove and pour the water off.
  4. Immediately put the corn into ice water to chill. (That stops the cooking)
  5. When cooled, drain ears on a towel.
  6. Cut corn off the cob and freeze in your favorite containers.
  7. Make sure you freeze enough when fresh corn is available! Stop by our stand to stock up for the season.
